If you think you have lost your card, you can prevent anyone from using it by locking it in the app. If you find it again, you can unlock it and continue using it.
Tap on the menu at the bottom left of the app and then swipe the Lock Card button.
(If your app doesn't look like this, you will find the option in the top left menu and then selecting 'My Curve Card' - after you've locked the card, please upgrade to Curve 2.0!)
Choose the menu on the bottom left of the app, then Lock Card.
If you don't have access to the app and have misplaced your card, you can call our emergency lost and stolen phone line: +44203 322 2585.
If you are sure your card is never coming back, message one of the support team in-app or email email@example.com so they can cancel your card and issue a replacement (free of charge).
