We've made some changes to our terms of service which you can read here. The main changes that will affect you are the following:
Changes to our FX rate
In 60 days, we’ll be switching to a new comparable FX wholesale rate provider allowing us to lock in the exact rate at the time of purchase and show you the rate in real-time.
We've added section 3.14 to cover using our new rewards scheme - we've included some information about getting refunds on transactions where you've earned or spent points, and when your points expire.
Reporting your card lost/ stolen
You can now report your card lost/ stolen in the app/ via email as long as you have already blocked it in the app. If you haven't blocked it in the app, you'll still need to call us on 0203 322 2585.
