When you first set up the Curve app on your phone, you'll be asked to enter a 4-digit passcode of your choice.
The app typically asks for biometric verification, such as Face ID, when you want to make changes such as deleting a payment card or viewing your PIN. But if your device doesn’t support this, then we’ll ask for your passcode.
I’ve forgotten my app passcode, what do I do?
At the moment, the only way to reset your app passcode is to delete and reinstall the app, although we’re working on making this easier.
Once you’ve reinstalled the app and log in, you'll be prompted to enter a new passcode.
