Oh no! There’s nothing worse than that lost card feeling, but we can help!
First, it’s important that we keep your money safe. If your Curve card is missing, please lock it in-app. This will prevent anyone from using your Curve card. You can always unlock it if you find it again.
To lock your card, tap the “Account” button in the navigation bar in the bottom left, then tap the “Lock card” button.
I can’t find my card, how do I get a new one?
If your Curve card is gone forever, complete our Replacement Card Form here so we can cancel your card and send you a replacement.
If you don't have access to the app and you’ve misplaced your card, call our emergency “lost and stolen” line as soon as you can:
