If you receive a refund after we’ve moved the transaction to another card, we’ll process the refund to the new payment card you selected.
If you received a partial refund before moving the transaction, we’ll only move the charge left over; you will not be charged and refunded again.
It’s worth noting that loyalty points earned from the original transaction may be deducted by your bank or original funding card issuer. Please refer to their terms for more information.
