When you receive a refund into your Curve we will match it to the bank card used to make the original purchase.
It’s also good to note that refunds are not processed by retailers instantly; we tend to receive them between 1-5 days after you have requested them. We then process refunds back to your bank card in the Curve app.
Your bank statement can often be a little bit slower to update, but you should see the refund appear in your account within 3-5 working days from the time we process the refund. If this doesn’t happen please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
