Refund received to Curve Cash – incorrect currency
At the moment, Curve Cash is only available in GBP but we’re working on bringing you other currencies too. We’ve just recently rebuilt our refunding system and we still have loads of new features to introduce, so we don’t have a timeframe for this just yet, but we’ll keep you in the loop!
For now, though, refunds received in Curve Cash will always be processed in GBP. If a refund is received in other currencies, we’ll first convert it into GBP and then into Curve Cash.
