We will send you an email when your order is being processed and we'll post your Curve card the next working day. Delivery time depends on where your Curve is being shipped to:
- UK: 5-7 working days
- EEA: 7-14 working days
If your card is 10 days later than expected and not at your local post office or with a neighbour, please complete our Replacement Card Form here so we can investigate this further.
It's worth noting that due to COVID-19, we're seeing some delays in delivery. We'd recommend waiting a few more days than normal to receive your card.
If your card is lost in the post, don’t worry, we’ll send you another one free of charge. Plus, Curve cards are sent out deactivated, so no-one will be able to use it.
