There might be a few reasons preventing you from successfully signing into your Curve app so before contacting us at email@example.com it’s best to check:
- your email – do you have multiple email addresses and if so, are you entering the one linked with your Curve account? If at any time in the signup process you’re asked to enter your phone number, you’ve got the wrong email.
- your magic link – to securely send you back to your Curve account we use magic links (directly sent to your email related to Curve). Always check your SPAM folder to see if the magic link didn’t land there. Also, if you’ve received a magic link but it doesn’t seem to work, make sure you’re trying to open it on your device with the Curve app (it won’t work on a desktop version) or request a new link. - your new phone – got yourself a shiny new mobile? Sometimes your Curve app data doesn’t migrate properly, but there’s an easy way to fix it. Simply reinstall your Curve app from scratch and try to sign in.
