You can request to refund the balance on your Amex Wallet to the respective underlying Amex payment card by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that during Curve Closed Amex Beta Programme the this refund will take a minimum of 15 working days to process. With this in mind, during this phase, we recommend only topping up the amount you intend to spend.
