You will be able to upgrade your subscription at any time in-app once you've activated your Curve card by entering the card section of the app and then selecting the ‘Manage my Subscriptions’ option. You will be able to view the 3 subscription tiers here and upgrade to your preferred subscription tier.
You will begin to receive your new tier benefits as soon as you upgrade. Your new card should arrive with you in 3-5 working days for the UK and 5-7 working days for Europe.
If you upgrade from Curve Black to Curve Metal, you will receive a pro-rata refund for the remaining days of the subscription period of your current tier. Please note that refunds for your subscription payment take 5-10 working days to be reflected on your underlying card issuer statement.
