While we don't want you to miss out on the incredible benefits of Curve Black and Curve Metal, you can downgrade your subscription at any time by contacting our Customer Experience Team.
To do this, raise a support ticket in-app or email email@example.com using the email address you used to sign up to Curve.
If you’re requesting to cancel your Curve Metal contract within the first 6 months, as per the Terms of Service - (see here - section 6.4.1), you’ll have to pay a £50 Curve Metal card fee. However, we’ll be able to refund you for the remainder of your billing period pro-rata.
