Whenever you spend with your Curve Card, you're protected by Curve Customer Protection. If you have a problem with a purchase, you can make a claim with Curve, and we can help by raising a dispute on your behalf to get the money back from the merchant.
It’s not a product warranty or a service warranty, though, so you’ll keep all of your statutory rights even if you raise a claim under Curve Customer Protection.
Also, because using Curve isn’t a direct purchase from your underlying credit card, you aren’t covered by Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act.
Curve Customer Protection covers most of your purchases made with your Curve Card. You’ll find the full list of exceptions here. We won’t make a decision on the claim if it isn’t covered by Curve Customer Protection, but we’ll still help to raise a dispute on your behalf.
