No, you must have your Curve Metal Mastercard® card with you in order to gain discounted access to the lounge. You also must pay for entry for yourself and your travel companions using your Curve Metal Mastercard® card.
Please note, that while the LoungeKey™ app may show that you may enter using a digital card, this option is not yet available to Curve customers.
If you have lost your Curve Metal Mastercard® card then please lock the card in your Curve app and let our Customer Experience team know immediately at email@example.com so we can block your card on our end and reissue you with a new one. Rest assured that, if you’ve reported to us that your Curve Metal Mastercard® card has been lost or stolen, LoungeKey™ will deactivate your card in their system as well so there can be no unauthorised entry with your card.
Please note, that if you have created a profile on the LoungeKey™ website, you will have to create a new one with your new Curve Metal Mastercard® if you have lost your original card.
