If you’ve sent the wrong person money by mistake, and they’re a Curve customer, get in touch with us as soon as you can! You can email firstname.lastname@example.org or raise a ticket in-app. We’ll look into it.
If the person you sent money to isn’t a Curve customer, you can cancel the payment in-app.
To do this, head to the “Send” tab. Tap the ‘bell’ icon in the top left corner, tap the transaction you’d like to cancel. Then, tap “Cancel this payment”. Once cancelled, it'll be marked as “Cancelled” in your “Timeline” and under the card you used in the “Wallet” tab.
