Whenever you attempt an online transaction requiring 3DS verification we'll require a confirmation of the transaction from you.
This might be done by:
- Entering a verification code received either by email or a text message.
- A mobile notification – it should pop up on your mobile phone so that you can choose whether you’d like to accept or decline a payment. You can verify the transaction by logging into the Curve app.
Don’t worry if you didn’t authorise the transaction on time. Attempt the transaction again and you should get another chance to approve your transaction.
You won’t have to authenticate every payment – only selected transactions will require authorization.
