If you lose your Red Plastic Investor card, please lock it immediately in your Curve app, and let us know via in-app support or email firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll make sure your card is deactivated permanently.
As long as we have enough in-stock, we’ll be able to reissue you with a new Red Plastic Investor card.
Alternatively, you’ll receive the standard Curve card for whichever subscription tier you’re on (either Curve Blue or Curve Black). If this is your first time losing it, we’ll be happy to send you a new one for free. If not, we may ask you to pay a £5 replacement fee for the card.
