This depends on the detail and the device. You can change some of your details directly in the app. Got stuck somewhere along the way or moved houses recently? Contact us via this form (including your date of birth for security reasons) and we'll be happy to assist you further.
You can change your email address and phone number without contacting us:
- Tap “Account” in the Curve app (bottom left)
- Tap “Profile” (Top right)
- Tap on your email address or phone number to change (if it’s your phone number you want to update, you’ll be asked to verify your new number)
With an Android device you can change only your phone number in the Curve app:
- Tap “Account” in the navigation bar in the bottom left.
- Tap the “Profile” icon in the top right.
- Tap on your phone number to change.
Changing your home address
Please contact us via this form, providing your full old and new address, along with your date of birth for security, and we'll get back in touch with you to confirm the changes.
Mobile number verification
We strongly recommend verifying your phone number. We’ll send you an SMS verification code which you should get within a couple of hours, depending on your network provider. We currently support most Apple, Android and Huawei devices.
If you don’t receive your verification code within 24 hours:
✔️ Check if the phone number is correct and that you have a phone signal to receive SMS messages.
✔️ Get in touch with us here and we’ll look into it.
