Wanna start earning? Get shopping! All you need to do is spend at one of our selected retailers. Once you've collected points, you can use them to make purchases anywhere where you'd normally use your Curve Card, with the exception of ATMs.
The percentage of the earned cashback and available retailers differ depending on the scheme you’re currently on.
The current Curve Cash scheme offers:
- Curve Blue - 1% cashback from 3 retailers of your choice (introductory offer lasting 30 days)
- Curve Black - 1% cashback from 3 retailers of your choice
- Curve Metal - 1% cashback from 6 retailers of your choice
- Samsung Pay + - 1% cashback from 3 retailers of your choice (introductory offer lasting 90 days) + 5% cashback from Samsung.com
If your introductory cashback offer expires you'll probably see the following screen:
Keep in mind that after dismissing this message you can always upgrade your Curve subscription plan by heading to the "Account" tab and tapping "Manage my subscription"!
I’d like to change my cashback program
If you’re benefiting from our older cashback programs and want to switch to Curve Cash, we can do that for you. But if you change your mind, we won’t be able to move you back to your old cashback scheme.
So if you’d like to make the switch, please get in touch with us and we'll see what we can do.
Earning Curve Cash through referrals
Did you know that you can earn a bit of Curve Cash by referring your friends and family to us? Every time you refer someone you’ll both get 5 GBP. There’s no catch, but the rules still apply:
- Both you and your friend have to make a successful transaction with your Curve Card.
- As of 22.06.2020, these transactions have to be made within 7 days of applying the code to your accounts. So the points are applied, your transaction must be more or equal to £5.
Earning Curve Cash through promotional codes
You can also earn Curve Cash by using a promo code link offered by one of our partners. If you’ve used a valid code while creating your account you should receive your bonus in 3 days from making your first transaction with Curve.
In case you experience one of the following or a similar scenario, please make sure to contact us, explaining what’s the issue and giving us relevant details:
- You forgot to enter the referral code that your friend’s given you.
- You didn’t receive Curve Cash for using a referral code.
- You used a promo code and didn’t receive your bonus within 3 days.
- You’ve used either a referral or a promo code and ordered a physical card but your card delivery seems to be delayed.
