We're transitioning from physical Curve Cards to primarily offering virtual (digital) ones. This allows you to spend instantly when signing up for a Curve account and increases the security of your details. You can read more about our virtual cards here.
Ordering a physical Curve Card & delivery
As a Curve customer, you're going to receive both a physical and a virtual (digital) Curve Card.
We'll send you an email when your order is being processed and we'll post your Curve Card the next working day using untracked DHL services. Delivery time depends on where your Curve is being shipped to:
- UK: 5-7 working days
- EEA: 7-14 working days
If you haven't received your Curve card 10 days after the expected delivery date and your Curve card is not at your local post office or with a neighbour, please reach out to us so we can investigate this further.
It's worth noting that due to COVID-19, we're seeing some delays in delivery. We'd recommend waiting a few more days than normal to receive your Curve Card. We often experience postal delays to card deliveries in Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Spain, Portugal, Italy and France.
If your card is lost in the post, don’t worry, we’ll send you another one free of charge. Plus, Curve Cards are sent out deactivated for security, so no-one else will be able to use it. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll look into this for you.
