Not much will change in the way your banks see transactions made with a Curve Card… With one exception.
Our European customers might see that the localisation of transaction will be set to VILNIUS instead of LONDON. This is nothing to worry about, definitely not a fraudulent attempt and it’s related to the regulatory changes described in our blog.
Our UK customers aren’t affected by this and there won’t be any changes in how Curve transactions are displayed on their bank statements.
If you see an unrecognised transaction on your statement and you believe you might be a victim of fraud, lock your card in the Curve app and get in touch with us at email@example.com as soon as possible.
