Online criminals have been known to make convincing fake versions of apps, social media accounts and websites, not to mention sending fake emails or text messages that appear to be from us. So we thought we’d share a few facts about Curve’s official social media presence – and legitimate versions of the Curve app.
Better safe than sorry!
If you’re approached by someone claiming to be from Curve, or if you notice a social media account or a Curve app that is not listed on this page, please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org or via the app.
The Curve app is currently available across three major platforms: App Store, Google Play Store and HUAWEI AppGallery. You can download the official Curve app to any of your compatible devices. We also run a Beta-testing version of the app; if you’re interested in helping us improve Curve, you can sign up to use it here.
If you find Curve on another platform, it’s most likely a fake version of our app. As and when we move across more platforms, we’ll be sure to let everybody know via our social media channels.
Curve online presence
Curve has a number of official social media accounts where you can interact with us:
- Twitter – @AskCurve (dedicated to Customer Support queries) and @imaginecurve (our main account).
We don’t maintain or support any unofficial discussion groups about Curve. If you want to chat with other Curve users or fintech enthusiasts, and get involved in Curve-centered conversations, feel free to join our official Curve Community.
