Why do I have to wait before I get my cashback?
We make sure you’re getting the discounts applied and your cashback paid out on time, but please contact us if you didn’t receive your cashback within 21 days of it being confirmed.
Can I earn both Curve Rewards cashback and 1% Curve Cash from the same retailers?
Yes! If you’re benefiting from the 1% Curve Cash Programme and you have used an offer from the same retailer, you’ll get both rewards credited to your account, for example:
If you’re a Metal or Black premium customer with Amazon selected as one of your 1% Curve Cash retailers, and you have activated a 10% Curve Rewards offer from Amazon, you will earn a total of 11% cashback.
How can I spend my cashback?
Your cashback should be automatically credited to your Curve Cash card. Once it’s paid, you’ll see it on your Curve Cash card timeline in the “Wallet” tab. Read more about Curve Cash here.
I didn’t receive my cashback
Once you’ve made a qualifying purchase, it can take a few days to confirm your reward. Once confirmed, it will appear in your “Pending Rewards” section. Pending rewards are then paid out to your Cash card within 21 days. If you’re not seeing the cashback you were expecting in your Pending Rewards or your Cash card – contact us here or through the Curve app. We’ll be able to investigate and help you further.
I don’t like my selection of offers, can you change it?
No, but as you will get new Curve Rewards offers regularly, we hope we’ll get you ones you like better. We select your Curve Rewards with care, based on the brands you love (or we think you’ll love). The more you spend using your Curve Card, the better offers you receive.
