Why do I have to wait to get my cashback?
We work with a partner company to ensure you’re getting the best offers possible, and it takes a while to receive the money from them. Please let us know by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org if you still haven’t received your cashback 21 days after your purchase has been verified.
I'm a Samsung Pay + customer, am I eligible for the Rewards cashback?
Yes! As a Samsung Pay + customer you can enjoy both 5% cashback for purchases on Samsung.com and for redeemed Rewards offers. Make sure to download the Curve app to earn cashback with Rewards (you can read about it here).
Can I earn both Curve Rewards cashback and 1% Curve Cash from the same retailers?
Yes! If you’re benefiting from the 1% Curve Cash Programme and you have used an offer from the same retailer, you’ll get both rewards credited to your account, for example:
If you’re a Metal or Black premium customer with Amazon selected as one of your 1% Curve Cash retailers and make use of a 10% Rewards offer from Amazon, you will earn a total of 11% cashback.
How can I spend my cashback?
You can spend your cashback anywhere your Curve card is accepted – the only exception being ATMs. Click on your Curve Cash card in your Wallet, turn ‘use automatically’ on, and any cashback you have will be spent whenever you can cover the whole purchase with the money on your Curve Cash card. If you’d rather watch the cashback mount up (think of it as microsaving!), simply switch Auto-Use off though. You can find out more about Curve Cash Auto-Use here.
I didn’t receive my cashback
Once you’ve made a qualifying purchase, it can take a few days to confirm your cashback reward. Once confirmed, it will appear in “Pending Rewards”. The cashback is then paid out to your Curve Cash card within 21 days. If you’re not seeing the cashback you were expecting in your Pending Rewards or your Curve Cash card, contact us by emailing email@example.com or via your Curve app. We’ll be able to investigate and help you further.
I don’t like my selection of offers, can you change it?
No, but you’ll get new offers regularly, so we hope you’ll get you ones you like better!
