Noticed that your Curve transactions are falling into the pending transactions list on your underlying card statements? Don’t worry – this is expected behaviour.
We’ve changed the way we process payments for your benefit. The main change involves processing your payments only when the merchant completes the transaction. This means that:
- Your authorised payments may be showing up as pending for longer (until the merchant takes the money from your account). This typically takes 2-3 days.
- The 1% Curve Cash cashback you’re earning will be credited to your account with a slight delay and you’ll receive it as soon as the retailer completes the transaction.
- If something goes wrong with your payment, your funds will be back in your bank account immediately and you won’t have to wait 2-5 working days for a refund.
